Indications

Calmadol New 3-Cell Hot-Cold Therapy Pad is a gel pad for external applications, suitable when cold or heat therapy is needed. It relieves pain and reduces swelling and inflammation.

The pad is reusable and can function both as an ice pack and a hot water bottle. The new 3-cell shape makes the pad more ergonomic and adaptable to any part of the body. The soft fabric case is resealable and has an elastic band that allows you to position the pad on the area (arm, shoulder, leg) without having to hold it with your hand.

How to use

Heat instructions:

• Heat the gel pad by placing it in a bowl of boiling water for a maximum of 3 minutes, remove it and dry it.
• Alternatively, you can heat the gel pad using a microwave oven (twice for 30 seconds at 500 watts).
• Use the special protective case to apply the pad or, alternatively, place a dry cotton cloth between the pad and the skin.
• If the heat is unbearable, suspend the application for a few minutes.

• Cool the pad by placing it in the refrigerator's ice compartment or in the freezer for at least 1.5 - 2 hours.
