Indications

Bronchenolo Cough, Flu and Cold is a medicine for the relief of symptoms related to colds and flu such as sore throat, stuffy nose, headache, fever and chills and bronchial cough.
The active ingredients present in this product are:

- Paracetamol is an analgesic and has the function of providing pain relief and reducing fever when present,
- Guaifenesin is an expectorant and therefore manages to dissolve the mucus present,
- Phenylephrine is a decongestant and therefore reduces the swelling of the nasal passages so you can breathe more easily.

Dosage

For oral use after dissolving the contents of the sachet in a standard cup of hot but not boiling water (250 ml). Cool the water to a drinking temperature. Drink the entire solution within 1.5 hours. Adults, the elderly, and children 12 years of age and older: One sachet every four hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 sachets (4 doses) in a 24-hour period. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Seek medical assistance if symptoms persist for more than 5 days.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to paracetamol, guaifenesin, phenylephrine hydrochloride, or any of the excipients. Hepatic impairment or severe renal impairment. Heart disease and cardiovascular disorders, including severe haemolytic anaemia. Hypertension. Hyperthyroidism. Diabetes. Pheochromocytoma. Patients taking tricyclic antidepressants (see section 4.5). Patients taking other products containing paracetamol (see section 4.4). Contraindicated in patients being treated with monoamine oxidase inhibitors or who have discontinued therapy less than 2 weeks ago. Use in patients with glaucoma or urinary retention. Use in patients treated with other sympathomimetic drugs (such as decongestants, appetite suppressants, and amphetamine-type psychostimulants).
