Directions for use and dosage
Choose Bionaif Relax Active Insole based on your shoe size. Place one of the adhesive Velcro straps under the heel cup of Bionaif Relax. Place a second Velcro strap on the slipper, at the heel. Join Bionaif Relax and the slipper. Then place your foot in it. Bionaif Relax can be used in any type of slipper. It is washable with soap and water. It has a shelf life of a year and a half.
