How to use

The uses vary depending on the use you want to make of Bio pax:
In chronic therapy: 2 capsules dissolved in the mouth 3 times a day
During an anxiety attack: 1 capsule every 15-30 minutes until symptoms improve
In case of insomnia: 2 capsules one hour before bedtime and 2 capsules at bedtime
