Before use, shake Cryo Pure® Roller well and apply it to sensitive areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet...) 3 times a day. The roller's massage ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. If necessary, complete with a manual massage. In this case, wash your hands after use.
Apply to the target areas. For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
