Arnica montana: 3X to 30X - 3C to 30C; lactose, Sucrose.
Adults and children over two years: Take 5 granules, 3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.
Children under two years: Dissolve one dose in a small amount of water.
If symptoms persist after 3 days, stop taking and consult a doctor. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
