Dressing in Hydrofiber Technology® with reinforcing fiber, composed of pure sodium carboxymethylcellulose in gelling and reinforcing fibers.
This highly absorbent and conformable dressing interacts with wound exudate, instantly forming a soft gel that maintains a moist environment and prevents the absorbed exudate from being released. Thanks to medical-grade Lyocell fibers and the addition of two external layers that make it 9 times stronger and 39% more absorbent than AQUACEL®, it allows for optimal management of any level of exudate, in both flat and deep wounds, reducing the risk of maceration of the periwound skin, thus ensuring greater strength, greater absorption, and fewer dressing changes.
