Product Description

Dressing in Hydrofiber® Technology with reinforcing fiber, composed of pure sodium carboxymethylcellulose in gelling and reinforcing fibers.

Indications

This highly absorbent and conformable dressing interacts with wound exudate, instantly forming a soft gel that maintains a moist environment and does not release absorbed exudate. Thanks to the medical-grade Lyocell fibers and the addition of two external layers that make it 9 times more resistant and 39% more absorbent than AQUACEL®, it allows for optimal management of any level of exudate, in flat and deep wounds, reducing the risk of maceration of the periwound skin, thus ensuring greater resistance, greater absorption, and fewer dressing changes.

Sterile, white dressing made of pure sodium carboxymethylcellulose fibers (100%). Offers the unique gelling action of Hydrofiber Technology, which absorbs and traps exudate and bacteria. Provides excellent absorption and retention for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. Conforms to the wound surface, forming an intimate contact. Helps reduce pain while the dressing is in place and upon removal. Supports the wound healing process by providing a moist healing environment. May help minimize the risk of cross-infection upon dressing removal.
