Indications

Aluneb Iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution to be nebulized via aerosol and nasal douche, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol with a decongestant and fluidifying action on the nasal mucous membranes.
Particularly indicated for cleaning the nasal passages, especially in cases of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all states of nasal congestion.
For aerosol therapy.
The nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract. It can be used as a nasal spray. It can be useful in helping regulate mucociliary clearance, alleviating all symptoms related to inflammatory, allergic, and environmental factors.
It clears the nose of mucus, promoting the elimination of excessive nasal secretions.
Nasopharyngeal conditions characterized by congestion and alteration of mucociliary clearance.
It hydrates the respiratory tract and stimulates mucociliary clearance.
It facilitates breathing, feeding, and sleep in infants.
In aerosol therapy, it can be used be used to dilute medications.

Ingredients

Hypertonic solution, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, xylitol, sea water.
Does not contain preservatives.

Directions for use and dosage

Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is sealed.
Open the single-dose vial by rotating the flap.
Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer ampoule.

Children from 1 year and adults: nebulize 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a pre-filled nebulizer and traditional ampoule.

For nasal douche:

• Children from 1 year of age: 1-2 rinses per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
• Adults: 2-4 rinses per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
• Infants under 1 year of age: Instill a few drops in the nostrils before feeding or before going to sleep.
  The duration of use depends on the evolution of the symptoms.
  If necessary, it can be administered through the nasal douche for a prolonged period.

Warnings

Do not use ultrasound devices.
