Medical device indicated for the management of symptoms and pain in cases of mouth ulcers and mucositis of the oropharyngeal cavity.
Indications
Mouth Ulcers and Mucositis exerts its pain-relieving action thanks to its mucoadhesive properties, which allow it to form a protective barrier on the oral mucosa. The protective film creates an environment favorable to the regeneration and healing of lesions. It can be used for:
- Canker sores;
- Ulcers;
- Recurrent aphthous stomatitis;
- Mucositis from radiotherapy and chemotherapy;
- Traumatic ulcers from prostheses and orthodontic appliances.
Ingredients
Water, glycerol, aloe vera, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, marshmallow, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, citric acid, natural flavor, sucralose.
Directions for use and Dosage
- Rinse for about 1 minute, making sure that the product covers the entire oral cavity;
- After rinsing, expel the excess quantity;
- Accidental swallowing does not pose a risk to the patient's health, but it is best to avoid it;
- Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after taking it;
- Use the product as needed, maximum 3 times a day.
Warnings
Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to one of the components. Discontinue treatment in case of abnormal reactions. Once the sachet is opened, use the entire contents. Do not use the product after the expiry date. Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original packaging at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
