Indications

Aliamare Iper by Ibsa Farmaceutici is a sterile, ready-to-use hypertonic solution for nasal hygiene and aerosol therapy, indicated for nasal hygiene in children and adults.

Directions for use and dosage

• Newborns: instill a few drops into the nostrils before feeding or before bed;
• Children: instill a few drops into the nostrils 1 to 3 times a day;
• Adults: distribute the contents of one vial into both nostrils one or more times a day;
• Aerosol therapy: carefully follow the instructions on the medication packaging. Dilute;
• Nasal irrigation: Follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

Warnings

Not for injection. Do not use if you are experiencing or have recently had nosebleeds. For aerosol therapy, do not use in patients with serious respiratory or cardiovascular conditions. Avoid contact between the vial tip and the mucosa. The product can be used for long periods and contains no preservatives. Do not use after the expiration date; the expiration date refers to the intact and properly stored product. The device should be considered sterile until first opened. Use the vial once opened.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat sources, and do not expose to direct sunlight.
