Indications
Zentiva Acidity and Reflux is indicated for the treatment of heartburn and stomach pain caused by excess acidity and for the treatment of symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux.
The product is also useful for digestive difficulties, heartburn, and heaviness (symptoms associated with dyspepsia).
It is mainly a combination of three elements: calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, and simethicone.
It neutralizes the pH of gastric juices and acid vapors, providing a protective and soothing action on the gastroesophageal mucosa.
This allows Zentiva Acidity and Reflux to act quickly against pain and heartburn due to hyperacidity.
The presence of simethicone also helps reduce the sensation of bloating and abdominal distension.

Composition
Calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, simethicone, sorbitol, sodium citrate, magnesium stearate, aromatic chamomile extract, hydroxypropylcellulose, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, sucralose.

Directions for use and Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
It is recommended to take one tablet as needed (in case you experience symptoms of burning and/or pain) to be taken after the main meals and in the evening before bedtime.
Chew well before swallowing.
Do not exceed the maximum dose of 4 tablets per day.
Warnings
Product not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components.
In case of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
The product may interfere with the absorption of oral medicines.
It is therefore advisable to consult your doctor if you are taking oral medicines at the same time, which must in any case be administered at least 2 hours apart.
Do not use the product for more than 2 hours. of 2 weeks.

This product contains approximately 28 mg of sodium, approximately 333 mg of calcium, and approximately 50 mg of magnesium per single dose (equivalent to 1 2.4 g tablet).
Do not use in case of kidney disease or dysfunction.
Consult your doctor in case of hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood), hypermagnesemia (high levels of magnesium in the blood), nephrocalcinosis, and recurrent kidney stones containing calcium.
Mild and transient side effects may occur after taking the product, such as: swelling, abdominal pain, belching, flatulence, constipation.
