Fit Therapy Ankle patches use FIR (Far Infrared) technology, designed to reflect body infrared radiation and promote superficial microcirculation of the skin. Made of non-woven polypropylene fabric and enriched with minerals such as titanium, they stimulate the reflection of far infrared (between 4-21 microns) emitted by body heat, helping to improve superficial blood circulation.

This advanced technology is based on metal dioxides (called AT5.05) and is applied directly to the ankle to promote recovery and well-being.
