Moretta di Vignola Cherry Extract: The Moretta di Vignola Slow Food Presidium was established in 2018 with the aim of rediscovering and promoting the Moretta di Vignola cherry for both its organoleptic characteristics and its social and environmental value. The cherry contains polyphenols with well-known antioxidant and protective properties, sugars with hydrating effects, fats, vitamins A and C, and mineral salts.
