The EdP Opus VIII by Amouage is a bouquet of flowers composed of Sambac jasmine from India, ylang-ylang from the Comoros Islands and orange blossom from Morocco.
The Eau de Parfum Opus VIII by Amouage has an opening with a golden aura that the nose mistakes for citrus juice but is actually a bouquet of flowers composed of Sambac jasmine from India, ylang-ylang from the Comoros Islands and orange blossom from Morocco.
The contradictory heart, with long-lasting notes usually used at the end of the formula to give stability to the fragrance, evokes an abstract and intriguing depth: saffron, ginger and incense.
The short finish contrasts with the tradition of long-lasting fragrances by Amouage: benzoin, aromatic resin, Bay Rum and vetiver.
The white bottle, illuminated by small gold specks, represents the luminous aura of the fragrance.
The outer packaging features a black and white floral design with the image of the bottle in relief to create the optical illusion of a trompe-l'oeil.
Floral.
Top Notes: Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Orange Blossom;
Heart Notes: Incense, Saffron, Ginger, Vetiver, Gaiac Wood;
