EdT Monoi de Tahiti by Helan is obtained from the union between the coconut and the Tiare flower.
Eau de Toilette Monoi de Tahiti, in Polynesian “Mono” means “perfumed oil” and in fact it is obtained from the happy marriage of two characteristic products of those islands: the coconut (Cocos nucifera) and the Tiare flower (Gardenia tahitensis).
The pulp of the coconuts, cleaned of their outer part, is left to dry in the hot tropical sun and then processed to extract the precious oil with its well-known softening, velvety and protective properties. Tiare flowers, the emblem of Tahiti and a characteristic ornament of Polynesian women, are left to macerate in the oil thus obtained, enriching it with their warm and inebriating fragrance.
The use of Monoi de Tahiti, handed down to us from ancient times, is a typical aspect of Polynesian culture, which includes its use for the beauty and perfume of skin and hair.
Floral.
The fragrance contains notes of Coconut, Monoi Oil, and Tiare.
