Preparation
Weigh into a container with a bottom diameter of 10 to 13 cm To prepare 100 g of couscous, add 2 g of salt (optional) and 4 g of oil and mix. Add 115 ml of boiling water, cover with cling film and let stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the film, invert the contents of the container onto a plate and fluff the couscous well with a fork.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
