Preparation
Ulk Carbolip is used to increase carbohydrate and fat levels. The daily dose should be included in a dietary plan based on the patient's energy needs.
It is ideal to take the daily amount spread over several meals.
The product has no thickening properties, is easily soluble, and can be added to all foods (e.g., creams, muesli, baby food, soups, and purees) and drinks; it has a neutral flavor.
Food and drinks must always be freshly prepared.
Example of use (standard dilution): add 20 g of Ulk Carbolip to 100 ml of drinking water.
Warnings
Use under medical supervision. It should not be used as the sole source of nutrition.
Suitable for enteral feeding (tube or PEG). Not for parenteral use.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly after use.
Once opened, the contents must be used within 4 weeks.
