Taranis Mix Farina is a protein-free flour substitute, ideal for making bread and pastries. It is gluten-free and suitable for low-protein diets.

Characteristics

TARANIS Mix Farina is a protein-free flour substitute. Specifically indicated for diets requiring a reduced protein intake and amino acid control.

Ingredients

Corn flour, glucose syrup, thickener (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour, carob flour), stabilizer (sorbitol), emulsifier [mono and diglycerides of vegetable fats (palm)].

Yeast sachet: baking powder (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), emulsifier (E491).

Gluten-free.

Preparation

To prepare the bread

  • Ingredients: 500 g of product, 2 teaspoons salt, 40 g oil, 8 g yeast (provided in the package), 600 ml warm water.
  • Preparation: In a large bowl (by hand or with a whisk), mix the mix, salt, oil, yeast, and water until you obtain a smooth, fluid dough. Mix well for 20 minutes. Pour the mixture into 2 oiled molds. Let rise for 30-45 minutes in a warm place, then bake for 50 minutes at 180-200°C. Add water to the baking tray to improve the bread's cooking. Remove from the mold immediately after baking and let cool.

To prepare the cake batter

  • Ingredients: 150 g of product, 1.5 g of salt, 20 g of oil, 100 ml of warm water, 15 g of sugar.
  • Preparation: Work the mix, sugar, and oil by hand until well combined. Dissolve the salt in the water and add to the dough. Knead until the dough is soft and easy to work with, adding a little water if necessary. Flour the work surface with the mix and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Place the dough in a previously oiled mold and prick it with a fork. Garnish. Bake in a preheated oven. Heat for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
