Sybar Shape Mass by Syform is a high-protein bar with 43% real proteins (from milk, rice, and peas) and low carb. It provides a good 22 g of proteins and only 14 g of carbohydrates as polyols, of which 0.25 g are sugars; the fat content is also relatively modest. It is a real protein snack, essential for those who intend to increase their protein intake with their diet, nourish their muscles, and speed up their metabolism. It can be eaten as a snack. It can be used in high-protein diet protocols, which are widely used today to rapidly lose body fat. The presence of bovine gelatin helps provide a high concentration of specific amino acids for the repair of muscle damage.
