Indications

Friliver is a food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary regime of subjects with liver failure. Preparation based on branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine.
In normal subjects, the ratio between branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and neutral aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine, tyrosine) is between 3.0 and 3.5.
In patients with impaired liver function, this ratio is lower as the balance between the amino acids of the two categories tends to shift toward that of the neutral aromatic amino acids.
In these cases, dietary supplementation with Friliver is justified.
This product, taken orally, is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.

After just 10 minutes, blood levels of the three amino acids increase significantly compared to baseline and remain elevated for several hours (six to seven times baseline for 2-3 hours). This partially or completely restores the amino acid balance.
Friliver at the recommended doses is well tolerated even for long periods of administration (5-6 months).

Ingredients

Sugar, L-leucine, mannitol, L-isoleucine, L-valine, acidifier: coated citric acid (citric acid, maltodextrin), flavorings, emulsifier: sucrose ester.

We recommend taking 2 sachets dissolved in 150-200 ml of water 2-3 times a day.
