A careful blend of brown rice, whole corn, sorghum, and teff makes De Cecco Spaghetti appetizing even in their gluten-free version. Tough, rough, and consistent, they are ideal for traditional recipes like carbonara, amatriciana, and alla gricia. They are also excellent with quick condiments like oil, garlic, and chili pepper.
The rough die that gives the pasta porosity will allow the Spaghetti to blend with your favorite sauces, maintaining the essential al dente cooking.
Pea flour 30%, corn flour 30%, rice flour 19.5%, buckwheat flour 10%, chickpea flour 5%, quinoa seed flour 5%, emulsifiers of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
