Description
The low-protein pasta I Sorrisi by Piam Farmaceutici is indicated for the dietary treatment of subjects with chronic renal failure and metabolic aminoacidopathies. Gluten-free and low in sodium, potassium, and phosphorus.
Ingredients
Rice starch, corn starch, potato starch, coloring E170, emulsifier E471. May contain traces of soy.

Preparation
Bring a generous amount of water to the boil (at least one liter for every 100 g of pasta), add salt (only if approved by your doctor), pour in the pasta and shake vigorously. Cook over high heat for the time indicated on the package. The cooking time can be adjusted according to personal preferences: it is advisable to taste the pasta to evaluate the desired level of cooking.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct sources of heat. Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
