Indications
Herbal tea is useful in cases of mild sleep disorders, even in the presence of jet lag (time zone changes).

Dosage and directions for use
Drink a cup of herbal tea before bed, placing a filter bag in boiling water and leaving to infuse for 5-6 minutes.
Sweeten to taste.

Characteristics
Based on Melatonin and plant extracts, which help achieve a state of relaxation. Contains no gluten.

Warnings
During pregnancy and in children, it is advisable not to exceed the recommended dose.
