Ingredients

Filling (20% of total): pasteurized ricotta (whey, milk, salt; acidity regulator: E270), cheese preparation (edam/cheddar [milk, salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet], water, butter (milk), milk proteins, Gorgonzola DOP [cow's milk, starter cultures, salt, calf rennet]; acidity regulator: E330; salt, potato starch), pesto 25% (basil in oil 80% [basil 90%, sunflower seed oil, salt], Parmigiano Reggiano DOP [milk, salt, rennet], pine nuts), potato flakes, salt.
Acidity regulator: E270.
Preservative: E200.
