Relax and Rest by Equilibra is a food supplement based on Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Hawthorn, and Valerian. Chamomile and Passionflower are useful for promoting sleep, Hawthorn and Valerian are useful for relaxation in case of stress. Lemon balm supports normal mood by promoting relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients

Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita L.) 30%, Sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck) 22%, Lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis L.) 21%, Passionflower tops (Passiflora incarnata L.) 13%, Hawthorn flowers (Crataegus oxyacantha auct., Cratageus monogyna Jacq.) 10%, Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) 4%.

Directions for use and Dosage

Infuse 1 filter in 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml) and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes (preferably covered). We recommend 1-2 filters per day.
