Protein Pancake Powder Mix
Protein pancake mix is ideal for a protein-rich breakfast. Contains whey protein from grass-fed cows. High in protein, low in carbohydrates and free from artificial sugars.
Whey protein (milk), calcium caseinate (from milk), gluten-free oat flour, milk protein isolate, modified starch, chicken egg yolk powder, chicken egg white powder, salt, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), acid (citric acid), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin).
May contain traces of: contain traces of soy.

For about 4 pancakes, place 80 g of batter (about 8 tablespoons) in a bowl. Add 150 ml of cold water. Mix until smooth. Place the batter in a hot, greased pan. We recommend using coconut oil instead of butter. As soon as the pancakes are golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan and serve with your favorite toppings.
