Nonna Anita's sponge cake mix, for use in filled cakes and many desserts, such as zuppa inglese.

  • With free-range eggs.
  • Specifically formulated for celiacs.

Ingredients

Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, powdered egg white, potato starch, powdered skimmed milk, egg yolk Powder, emulsifiers: E475, E433; raising agents: E450i, E500ii; thickeners: E412, E466; salt, flavorings, coloring: E160a.
May contain traces of milk and tree nuts.

Directions for use

  1. Pour the contents of the preparation into the container and add 190 ml of water.
  2. Mix with a high-speed blender. for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into the previously buttered pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C (fan assisted) or 175°C (static) for about 35-40 minutes.

Storage

Store at room temperature.
