With a soft texture and a rustic flavor, Wholemeal Panfette is made from a selection of simple and genuine ingredients: buckwheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.

Naturally lactose-free and milk protein-free, guaranteed and certified Lfree, Wholemeal Panfette is good with any combination and perfect to accompany second courses and appetizers.

Ingredients

Water, corn starch, buckwheat flour 9%, rice starch, sunflower seed oil, dextrose, rice bran, extra virgin olive oil 2%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flax seeds 1.8%, sunflower seeds 1.8%, psyllium fiber, pea protein, potato protein, thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, salt, yeast, flavorings. May contain traces of lupins, mustard, and soy. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.
