Food for special medical purposes suitable for neurodevelopmental disorders, high-frequency migraines and various types of osteo-articular pain, with strawberry flavour.
Indications
Palmitoylethanolamide, present in paidinil HD in an ultra-micronized form (PEA-um) adequately suspended in thickened aqueous fluid, has been shown to control neuroinflammation of various tissues, including the central and/or peripheral nervous system.
It is to be used under medical supervision, for the dietary regime, in situations of uncontrolled neuroinflammation, of pediatric patients over 3 years of age with:
- neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. autism spectrum disorders);
- high-frequency migraines;
- recurrent pain of various types (e.g. osteo-articular).
Ingredients
Water, sucrose, palmitoylethanolamide in ultramicronized form (particle size 0.8-0.6 microns); stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; natural flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate, benzoic acid; acidity regulator: citric acid.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage
- In autism spectrum disorders: 5 ml (600 mg of PEA-um) twice a day, preferably after meals, for repeatable cycles of 10 weeks, or as otherwise indicated by the doctor.
- In migraine prophylaxis: 5 ml/day (600 mg/day of PEA-um), preferably on a full stomach, for 90 days or as otherwise indicated by the doctor.
- In pain of various etiologies: 5 ml (600 mg of PEA-um) once a day, preferably on a full stomach, for 30-60 days or as otherwise indicated by the doctor. In an acute phase of pain, the dosage can be increased to 2 daily administrations of 5 ml.
Instructions for using the dosing syringe
- Shake the bottle well.
- Unscrew the cap by pushing it downwards and turning it to the left (anticlockwise).
- Insert the syringe fully into the hole in the undercap.
- Invert the bottle, then, holding the syringe and the bottle firmly, gently pull the plunger downwards, allowing the suspension to flow into the syringe up to the mark corresponding to the recommended dose.
- Return the bottle to an upright position and remove the syringe by gently twisting it.
- Insert the syringe into your mouth and apply gentle pressure on the plunger to allow the suspension to flow out. The suspension can be swallowed. It can also be taken mixed with other liquids.
- After use, screw the cap on the bottle and wash the syringe with hot water. Let it dry, keeping it out of reach of children.
Warnings
Use under medical supervision. The product cannot be the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Shake well before use.
Storage
Store at room temperature.
