Preparation
Shake well before of use.
Preferably consume hot: pour the liquid from the plastic bottle into a microwave-safe bowl and heat moderately in the microwave (90 seconds at 600 watts). Do not boil to preserve all the nutrients. Stir after heating and before consuming.
