Preparation
Shake well before use. Best consumed warm: Pour the liquid from the plastic bottle into a microwave-safe bowl and heat gently in the microwave (90 seconds at 600 watts). Do not boil to preserve all the nutrients. Stir after heating and before consuming. Discard any unconsumed portions.
Dosage:
