Nutri Te' Acqua e Farina Penne Rigate is a hypoallergenic gluten-free pasta made from corn and rice, enriched with Spirulina platensis and chicory inulin, ideal for celiacs and those with intolerances.

Acqua e Farina features Corn and Rice Penne Rigate Pasta.

This is a hypoallergenic gluten-free pasta, created to produce gluten-free dietary products from certified raw materials. Free from emulsifiers and without ingredients and nutritional elements incompatible with the needs of people intolerant or sensitive to substances and derivatives, such as gluten, milk and eggs.

It is suitable for the diet of celiac patients and also suitable for anyone who wishes to make informed choices regarding nutrition. It is obtained from a careful selection of white corn, yellow corn and rice, and enriched with Spirulina platensis and chicory inulin. Every 100 grams of dry product contains 3 grams of Spirulina platensis and 1.5 grams of chicory inulin.

Spirulina platensis is a microalgae with a physiological supporting and restorative effect. Inulin is a plant substance naturally derived from chicory, belonging to the class of prebiotics capable of contributing to health, well-being and optimal intestinal function.

Produced in compliance with the artisanal tradition and the art of Italian pasta making: bronze-drawn, with slow processing cycles and drying at low temperatures.

The Nutri-tè Acqua e farina pasta has a delicate flavor, a scent similar to breadcrumbs, and is appreciated by everyone. With its hints that recall childhood, it is very inviting and can be successfully offered even to the littlest ones. It offers excellent cooking resistance and is suitable for sautéing. Preparation

Fill a pot with water, 1 liter per 100 g of pasta, bring the water to a boil. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for the minutes indicated on the label. Drain and season to taste.
