Indications
Neocate Syneo by Nutricia is a food for special medical purposes in powder form for infants from 0 to 12 months, based on amino acids, for the dietary management of cow's milk protein allergy and multiple food allergies. It is useful in cases of allergies to cow's milk proteins, multiple food allergies and elemental diet. The formula is based on synthetic free amino acids with Syneo: a patented combination of scFOS/lcFOS + B fibers and the probiotic Bifidobacterium breve M16V, which positively modulates the intestinal microbiota of allergic infants 1-4. It is supplemented with docosahexaenoic acid DHA* and arachidonic acid AA; Contains nucleotides, nutrients present in breast milk that help promote cognitive and visual development.

Directions for use and Dosage
Follow the instructions in the product packaging. The daily dose of Neocate Syneo depends on the age, weight and health conditions of the infant and must be established by the doctor. The recommended reconstitution is 14.4% w/v and is obtained by adding one level scoop of powder (1 scoop = approximately 4.8g) to every 30ml of boiled water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer parenterally. Indicated as the sole source of nutrition for infants under 1 year of age. The product is suitable for infants from birth when not breastfed. Breast milk is the ideal food for the child. It is recommended as the exclusive food until the 6th birthday. month and as a milk component of a balanced diet during weaning and even after one year of life.
Contraindications
Neocate SYNEO contains Bifidobacterium breve M-16V: It is not suitable for premature or immunocompromised infants. It is not recommended for infants with a central venous catheter, a post-pyloric tube, or short bowel syndrome without a full consideration of the risks and benefits by the medical staff and careful
monitoring of the patient.
Storage
Store in a dry place away from heat sources. Always close the container after use. Once opened, consume the contents within one month.
