The Oro Pizza Mix by Ori di Sicilia is a gluten-free powdered mix for round pizzas, pan pizzas, and focaccias. Specifically formulated for celiacs.

Ingredients

Corn starch, rice flour, rice starch, dried corn sourdough, vegetable fibers: psyllium, citrus, and inulin; dextrose (from corn), buckwheat flour, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabilizer: glucono-delta-lactone, and flavorings. Corn starch origin (EU).

Allergens: may contain traces of gluten. Contains soy, mustard, and tree nuts (almonds and pistachios).
