Characteristics
Miscela Oro Brioches is a gluten-free powder mix for making leavened products such as brioche and sweet bread.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, sugar, dextrose (from corn), thickeners: xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; vegetable fiber: psyllium; dehydrated glucose, pea protein, stabilizer: sorbitol, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; flavorings. Origin of corn starch (EU).
ALLERGENS: may contain traces of gluten. Contains soy, mustard, and tree nuts (almonds and pistachios).

| Water | 380/400 g |
| Margarine or butter | 160 g |
| Eggs | 160 g |
| Fresh brewer's yeast | 50 g |
| Salt | 10 g |
- Knead everything together;
- Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume;
- Create the shape of the desired weight, flatten it slightly and brush it with egg;
- Bake in a preheated fan oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
Warnings
Can Contains traces of soy, eggs, sesame seeds, and lupin.
Storage
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 12 months.
Shelf life after opening: 12 months.
