The Ori di Sicilia Classic Gluten-Free Wheat-Based Pan Fibra Mix is a gluten-free powdered mix for bread, loaf pan, and breadsticks. Specifically formulated for celiacs.

Ingredients

Corn starch, rice flour, *gluten-free wheat starch 20%, vegetable fibers: psyllium, citrus, and inulin; thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; sugar, dextrose (from corn), dried corn sourdough, salt, stabilizer: glucono-delta-lactone, and flavorings. Corn starch origin (EU).

Allergens: may contain traces of gluten. Contains soy, mustard, and tree nuts (almonds and pistachios).
