Michette Protein-Free Bread has been specially formulated with ingredients with a reduced protein, sodium, phosphorus, and potassium content to meet the nutritional needs of patients with Chronic Kidney Failure, phenylketonuria, and Parkinson's disease. The product's composition also features a reduced phenylalanine content for the dietary management of subjects with Phenylketonuria.
Ingredients
Gluten-free wheat starch, water, corn starch, rice starch, sunflower seed oil, psyllium seed fiber, glucose, yeast; humectant: glycerol; Sugar, invert sugar syrup; thickener: xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt.
May contain soy, sesame.
