For Rummo Mezzi Rigatoni N° 51 Gluten Free pasta, we select brown rice, yellow corn and raw white corn strictly free of GMOs.
The ingredients are mixed with a natural and ancient element: steam.
Thanks to the Rummo Steam Processing Method®, a soft and balanced dough is obtained.
