In De Cecco's Gluten-Free Linguine with Pesto, you'll find all the flavor and intensity that this traditional Ligurian recipe demands. They're also excellent simply with butter and sage or paired with fresh tomato sauces, vegetables and aromatic herbs, or quick, spicy sauces made with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili pepper, and anchovies. The rough die will ensure optimal porosity to best capture the seasonings for tasty dishes and a natural source of fiber.
