Aproten Linguine is a type of protein-free dietary pasta for a low-protein diet with a controlled intake of sodium, potassium, and phosphorus.

Ingredients

Corn starch, potato starch, chicory inulin, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; safflower.

The product may contain traces of: soy, eggs.

Preparation

Cook in plenty of water: use at least 1 liter of water per 100 grams of product. Bring the water to a boil and add the salt indicated by the diet. It is very important to follow the cooking instructions on the packaging as, in protein-free pasta, cooking continues even during the preparation stages of the dish.
