The Lasagna Sheet by Flavis is a great classic of Italian cuisine in a low-protein version. The puff pastry holds up well during cooking and is perfect for creating many recipes.
Corn starch, rice starch, thickener: cellulose; cane sugar syrup, chicory inulin, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, palm fat, safflower extract, coloring: beta carotene.
May contain traces of eggs.

Cook the lasagna in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes, stirring regularly (add the pasta and salt the water according to the diet recommendations). Once rehydrated, place the lasagna in a baking dish, season to taste, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cooking time can be adjusted according to personal preference.
