Indications
Hydroxiram D is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of subjects with malnutrition resulting from states of frailty or pathologies for which branched chain amino acids, HMB and vitamin D3 are essential for the ability to stop protein loss and improve nutritional status in a more effective way. effective compared to the exclusive use of diet (for example post-stroke patients, after major surgery or post-traumatic events).
It contains fibers that allow the product to gel upon simple contact with water, for the dietary management also of subjects with swallowing difficulties or dysphagia.
Ingredients

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, according to the doctor's advice, preferably away from main meals.
Subjects with difficulty swallowing or dysphagia:
- Pour the contents of one sachet into a dry glass and disperse in 60 ml of water at room temperature.
- Mix until completely dispersed.
- Wait until the product reaches the desired consistency.
Subjects without swallowing difficulties: follow the instructions described above.
The consistency can be modified by varying the amount of water.
