Directions for use and Dosage

• Mix approximately 50 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water or milk or 200 g of egg whites and sweeten to taste;
• Let the mixture rest for approximately 2 minutes;
• Heat a little of oil in a non-stick pan;
• Cook over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
