The Oro Dolce Mix by Ori di Sicilia is a gluten-free powdered mix for muffins, margherita cakes, plum cakes and donuts. Specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, gluten-free wheat starch, sugar, potato starch, emulsifiers (lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids), dehydrated glucose, soy flour, raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; stabilizer: calcium salts of fatty acids), dextrose (from corn), lactose-free milk; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; psyllium vegetable fibre, vanillin.

- Whisk all the ingredients in a planetary mixer with a whisk for 5 minutes;
- Fill the mold 3/4 of its capacity;
- Bake in a fan oven at 175°C or in a deck oven at 200°C, for about 25 minutes (product weight 60 g).

Storage
Store at room temperature.
