Characteristics

The Special Yeast Free Mix by Ori di Sicilia is a gluten-free powder mix ideal for making yeast-free bread. Specifically formulated for celiacs.

Ingredients

Deglutinated wheat starch, rice flour, quinoa flour, dextrose (from corn), dried corn sourdough, vegetable fibers: bamboo, inulin, and psyllium; brown rice flour, teff flour, thickeners: xanthan gum and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; flavorings. Origin of the deglutinated wheat starch (EU).

ALLERGENS: may contain traces of gluten. contain soy, mustard, sesame and nuts (almonds and pistachios).

Preparation

• Place in a planetary mixer with leaf for about 5 minutes: 1.000 g of product, 1,000 ml of water, 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 25 g of salt and knead everything together;
• Once the dough is ready, use a piping bag and a smooth nozzle to form the desired weight (like cream puffs);
• Place in a fan oven at 190°C with steam or in a deck oven at 210°C with steam for about 25/30 minutes; open the vent for the last 5 minutes; bread weight: 60 g.

Can Contains traces of soy, nuts (almonds), milk (lactose-free), eggs, sesame seeds, lupin.

Storage

Store at room temperature.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 12 months.
Shelf life after opening: 12 months.
