The special mix for cakes from Molino Dallagiovanna is a blend specifically designed for the production of cakes, biscuits, and shortbread biscuits. It has the right protein content and gives the dough good workability and optimal yield. This way, the finished product will be light and fragrant, crispy and consistent at the same time.
Corn starch, corn flour, rice flour, pea flour, milk powder, vegetable fiber.
