Characteristics

Gluten-free panettone in the Rum and "Modica PGI Chocolate" version that will give you a unique taste experience. This specialty will have a design designed by master "carrettieri", with colors and patterns that recall ancient Sicilian traditions.

The artists have also chosen to represent the famous scene of Saint George, the patron saint of Modica, on horseback killing the dragon with his lance.

Ingredients

Eggs, corn starch, sugar, butter, Modica PGI chocolate 9.5% (cocoa mass 60%, raw cane sugar), glucose syrup, rice flour, rice starch, yeast, rum (1.8%), thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum; Natural yeast, psyllium fiber, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavorings. Surface treated with ethyl alcohol.

May contain traces of: nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), sesame, soy.

Baked product. This product is made exclusively with naturally gluten-free raw materials, suitable for those intolerant to gluten.
