Shortcrust pastry 55%: rice flour, sugar, corn starch, butter, eggs, skimmed milk powder, whole buckwheat flour, vegetable fibers: psyllium seed fiber, thickeners: guar seed flour, corn maltodextrin, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, salt, flavorings. Mou cream 30%: glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, water, cocoa butter, modified potato starch, thickener: agar-agar, flavorings, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, salt, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. Dark chocolate icing 15%: vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), sugar, low-fat cocoa (10-12% cocoa butter), lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings.
