Fresh pasta mix specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Molino Dallagiovanna's special gluten-free fresh pasta mix is a blend that doesn't turn gray and can be stored for a long time without changing its organoleptic properties.
It is suitable for pasteurization and slow drying and requires a higher humidity than traditional flours. Suitable for both manual and machine processing, it can also be used without "advantages" in extrusion.
Starches (corn starch, potato starch), rice flour, skimmed MILK powder, MILK proteins, thickener: guar gum, dextrose, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Store in a cool, dry place, below 30°C, with a maximum humidity of 65% and away from light even when the package is open.
It is perfect to store it in a cupboard or kitchen cupboard; once opened, simply close the package on itself and secure it with a clip or some adhesive tape.
In busier periods, it is best to store it in a cool, dry place. Once hot, you can store the bag, even when opened, in the refrigerator.
